Ownership & History

Twin City Die Castings Company was established on November 7, 1919 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The Harmon family purchased the company in 1974. Doug Harmon is Sole Owner, President and CEO and plays an active role in the day-to-day management of the company.

In August 1989 TCDC opened a new plant in Watertown South Dakota and in 1998 a third plant was added. These two facilities offer complete zinc and aluminum die casting and machining operations.

November 2000 TCDC opened its newest plant, a state-of-the-art magnesium and aluminum die cast facility in Monticello, Minnesota.
