TCDC has many successful applications for some of the biggest players in the auto industry. All three of TCDC’s US facilities are ISO/TS-16949:2009 certified and ready to work on your project, and through multiple locations we are able to serve our customers worldwide. Automated robotic cast cells, over 40 vertical and horizontal machining centers (capable of close tolerance machining), combined with our inline vision systems and pressure testing, facilitate the production of consistently high quality components. APQP planning and PPAP process are standard procedures for TCDC. The auto industry will benefit from our multi-cavity expertise, to keep part prices low.
Applications include electronic housings, throttle bodies, EGR's, fan drives, transmission components, and mirror mounts.
