Twin City Die Castings has recently opened its newest plant in Monticello, Minnesota. This 30,000 square foot facility (with later expansions planned) handles magnesium as well as aluminum. It is the most modern die cast facility in the world, and not just in the sense that it is the newest. TCDC has purchased top-of-the-line Buhler cast machines and technologically advanced cast support equipment, including ABB robots, all to ensure that we will meet our customers' highest expectations in terms of quality and delivery at a competitive cost.
