Having outgrown its Minneapolis facility, Twin City constructed a new zinc casting plant in Watertown, South Dakota, in 1989. Since then, the plant has expanded rapidly, growing from an initial 17,000 square feet to better than 58,000 square feet today. The additional space has been dedicated to an aluminum casting operation and an entire wing of precision machining. The Watertown plant currently runs 7 zinc and 7 aluminum cast machines and employs 100 individuals.
