Twin City Die Castings (TCDC) is a full service provider of precision aluminum and magnesium die castings.
TCDC has been family owned since 1919 when it was founded in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We now have three ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified US locations, plus a joint venture in India. A leader in die casting technology and machining, TCDC maintains 240,000 sq. feet of space and approximately 26 die cast machines ranging in size from 350 to 1000 tons. Continually engaging in emerging technology and die casting automation allows us to reduce overall product costs, and provide consistently high quality parts. The methods we've developed provide incredible customer benefits, and have also been instrumental in allowing us to win multiple international Awards for die casting excellence.
As a provider of Precision die casting, we hold our parts to the highest NADCA standards for cast tolerances, and boast advanced in-house die casting and CNC machining. This rare capability makes us an ideal supplier for parts requiring custom or close-tolerance machining.
