In 2009, Twin City Die Castings Company held the grand opening for its Joint Venture in India, CRP-TCDC India (CTI), located in Chennai, India. Since many of our customers run manufacturing operations worldwide, the Joint Venture allows Twin City Die Castings to be an integral part of their supply chain, serving a variety of locations in the US or abroad.
This facility operates 6 high-pressure die casting machines, fully automated with ABB robots, ranging in size from 350 to 850 tons. Additional capabilities include numerous trim presses and CNC machining centers. This facility also has on-site finishing capabilities, including anodizing, and powder-coating.
