At TCDC, the Senior Management Staff is integral to the growth and direction of the organization. Through weekly meetings, they work to guide the company tactically and strategically. Together, the management team has more than 130 years of experience in the die casting industry.
Doug Harmon
CEO

Doug Harmon joined the company in 1977 and spent the majority of his career in the administration and finance areas. For over 20 years, Doug served as CFO until assuming the CEO position in 2005. Doug is on the Board of Governors for North American Die Casting Association (NADCA).
Greg Hansen
President

Part of the TCDC family since 1977, Greg is a third generation employee. Greg has held many positions at the company, including roles in shipping, subcontract, plant management, and general management. As the General Manager of the Monticello plant, Greg oversaw TCDC's expansion into magnesium. In 2009 Greg became the Vice President of Engineering and Minneapolis Operations and held this position until 2011, when he was promoted to President.
Todd Olson
Executive Vice President, Business Development

Todd joined TCDC in 2004 and has held leadership positions in the sales, engineering, international business departments of the company. Todd oversees the direction and strategic vision of TCDC's Sales, Marketing and Engineering departments, along with our international operations. Todd is a member of the Board of Directors for CTI, the company’s joint venture in India, and is also an active member of NADCA, serving on the Finance Committee, and as Chairman of the Marketing Committee.
Tom Heider
Vice President, Market Development

Tom Heider started at TCDC in 1973 and has worked in the production and engineering departments of Twin City Die Castings. Tom was promoted to Chief Engineer in 1980 and has provided leadership to the engineering department ever since. Tom's well respected industry knowledge has placed him in charge of NADCA's product standards committee and as a board member of USCAR.
Al Pfingsten
Vice President, South Dakota Operations and Quality Systems

Al Pfingsten joined TCDC in 1969 and has held positions in production, quality, engineering and general management. Al was an integral part of the early success of the Watertown plant and served as its General Manager until 2005.
Carrie George
Controller

Part of the TCDC family since 2000, and a third generation employee, Carrie's experience has included roles in customer service, sales support, finance, and accounting management. Carrie's leadership in accounting led to her current role as a Controller, which she has held since 2007.
