RECREATIONAL
TCDC is ISO/TS-16949:2009 certified, and has produced a variety of components for recreational applications. Automated robotic cast cells, and CNC machining cells, combined with inline vision systems and pressure testing, facilitate the production of consistent, high quality components. In 2010, TCDC was recognized for developing a one peice magnesium mororcycle tailsection, which replaced the previous model (consisting of numerous individual pieces). The redesigned part was lighter, less expensive, and easier to manufacture since secondary machining was eliminated
Applications include drive sprockets, fairing brackets, tail sections, foot pegs, front forks, ad crank cases.
